"Cooking at the Berkeley Farmers’ Market"

Every third Tuesday of month, Bauman College and the Ecology Center host a cooking demo showcasing the freshest produce from local organic farms. This month, Bauman College Instructor, Chef Trudy Schafer prepared “Salad Greens with Avocado-Lime Dressing” for hungry, health-conscious shoppers at the South Berkeley Farmers’ Market.
