Hoping you can shed some light on my mysterious case!
The past month, I have had a strange feeling like an air bubble where my ribs meet, and continuing on the right side of the ribs. Feels like there is a balloon under my ribs that is protruding outward, spreading over my ribs. I feel it when I press there very lightly, and also when strongly breathing in-and-out. I'm hoping it's not something herniated.
I have a couple things going on right now which could be contributing -for the last 8 months, i've had pain on my lower Thoracic (only T12). X-Ray report described: "mild degenerative changes are seen in the lower thoracic spine with anterior osteophyte formation". Acupuncture has relieved the pain a lot, but it's still there.
Last month, i was seriously bloated (inflammation, not just gas) with a lot of pain and nausea. I went on liquids (chicken broth and juicing) for 6 days, and still distention in stomach. Just recived CDSA results, which show I have 2 parasites - hookworm and Blastocystis hominis.
I am meeting with my practitioner (she went to Bauman) next week, but wondering what you have seen anything like this? It's not painful, but uncomfortable. Hoping it will clear with the parasite protocol I embark on....
My diet is super healthy/conscious, but maybe I need to investigate food allergies now with the possible leaky gut from parasites.
