Wanted to share a recipe for a delicious dressing I had over kelp noodles for lunch yesterday - it's a wonderful option for anyone with a peanut allergy. Could also use brown rice noodles instead of kelp (but I love them!)
1 tsp miso paste
2 tbsp sunflower seed butter (or any nut butter)
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp brown rice vinegar
1 tsp honey
3 tbsp water
Whisk the ingredients together until they become fully combined and store in the fridge until ready to serve!
