1 Cup raw cacao nibs
1 Cup hemp seeds (hulled)
1/2 Cup liquid sweetener (ideally low glycemic syrup like yacon or brown rice syrup)
Yields about 8 servings
Blend well and serve on top of a warm breakfast cereal.
(You can eat as a dessert but it will keep you up for hours as cacao has stimulating properties)
