Need HELP Finding a Recipe! Choc. Coconut, Chia...

Im looking for a recipe that was done as a demo at the open house a while back... It was a raw moose like desert. Chocolate, coconut, chia seeds... Would anyone happen to have it? Or know where I can find it?
