Vitamin Research Products sells Lithium Orotate supplements.  I have taken 1 a day in the past. Good effects include chelation of aluminum from the body and a general sense of well being.  Dr. Jonathan Wright, MD suggested once that we remove the poison fluoride from the water and add lithium orotate!
