Hello to all,

We all deal with clients who want to make lifestyle changes. We know that the food they eat is going to be the most important factor in changing their overall wellness and health. But have you heard these excuses before?
-" But I don't have time to cook!",  "I just don't know how to cook!" or "It's        easier for me to just grab something at the market quickly!"...

Well now Bay Area clients have the option to eat organic, local, seasonal, sustainable and delicious foods.....and the best part is they delivered straight to their home of office.
The Real Good Project is a new company based out of Emeryville that provides breakfasts, lunches, and dinners with no preservative, additives, refined carbohydrates, chemicals, pesticides, herbicides....you get the point, the stuff we want our clients to eat.
The meals are developed by top culinary chefs from restaurants like Chez Panisse, Roxanne's, Hawthorne Lane, and Paula Leduc herself. And the they are backed by an long staff of nutrition professionals such as Dean Ornish, Dr. Janet King, Dr. Ron Krauss and many others.

The meals are delivered fresh and cooked three days a week (Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday) to be eaten within 2-3 days. The macronutrients are balanced and focus on high levels of micronutrients as well (Goji berries, rolled oats, green veggies, etc.) There are two caloric choices, 1600 & 2000 calories of men and woman or weight loss clients. And once again, the best part is, THEY ARE DELICIOUS!!!

For more information, take a look at the Beta site. The official detailed website will be up in 1-2 weeks. The goal is to get the best possible food to create health and wellness for eveyone, especially those who have no clue where to start.
