I want to gain a wide range of experience while completing my externship hours and would need to work under the supervision of a chef to receive credit. Basically, I'm interested in any type of cooking situation that promotes sustainability, social justice and overall well being.
I would like to complete these hours before August 19, 2008. I can otherwise be available most weekdays; however, for evenings and weekends I need more notice to switch my work schedule.
