Special Parents Information Network (SPIN) is hosting a 2 hour workshop, Tues, Nov 14, 6:30-8:30pm, Dominican Hospital, Santa Cruz; for parents of children with special needs: Downs syndrome, ADD, ADHD, Autism. Nancy Birang, Certified Nutritionist & Instructor of Holistic Nutrition at Bauman college in Santa Cruz will be talking about healthy diets, special, allergy free diets, booster foods to meet the nutritional needs of these children. Sample foods, snacks, recipes, meal plans will be provided. This talk is open to the public, is free of charge, will be conducted in English, with Spanish translation.
