For this tasty dish you'll need:
4 c cooked grain of your choice
2 naval oranges, peeled and chopped
1/2 c minced fresh parsley
1/3 c raisins
1/4 c extra virgin olive oil
3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 Tbsp balsaminc vinegar
2 tsp Dijon mustard
Combine the cooked grain, oranges, parsley, and raisins in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, lemon juice, vinegar, and mustard.
Pour over the grain and fruit. Season with salt and pepper and toss again. Serve chilled.
