I just wanted to let you know about a good book full of delicous recipes on how to prepare leafy green vegies.
It is called "Greens, Glorious Greens!" by Johnna Albi and Catherine Walthers.
Some of the great recipes in this book are for vegitables such as Chard, Kale, Dandelion Greens, Broccoli, and Beet Greens.
