So I know this is a little early, but I wanted to put this out to the Bauman community first. We have a wonderful home on a 2 acre property. There is plenty of room to plant and create an organic garden/farm. We are surrounded by working farms and our property has SO much potential. I do not know the first thing about farming, but I really want to learn and am a really hard worker.
Anyways, the house is huge and has a really nice open floor plan. We are 2 ladies and 2 female pups. We would rather not have any more animals, but could maybe fit 1 more dog if last option. My roommate is 24 and sweet as can be, she is pretty quiet and very clean, but also likes to have a good time here and again and easy to get along with.
I am 27 and a former Bauman College NE student and will be taking the Chef program this Spring. I am clean and a good house manager. I love to cook and listen to music. I am very active and often away from the house, but would love another hiking/skiing/biking/running/cooking buddy. There is often red wine flowing in our house and friends over cooking and eating.
We are looking for someone who is between the ages of 24-30~ male or female. Someone who pays the rent and bills on time (we only have energy, trash/compost/recycling, and internet bills totaling $40-70/month, we are on a well, so water is covered) and that is fun to hang out with.
You would have you own area in the back of the house and a huge bedroom, so really you could be really private, but ideally we want someone we want to be around.
