Looking for Chef who can teach Canning in San Francisco, CA

Hello,

I am interested to find a Chef who feels competent enough to teach a canning cooking class in San Francisco, CA. I work for a store that generally holds cooking classes, although we are shifting gears now with our class scheduling. Even so, we know in a few months we would like to organize a canning class so let me know this sounds like something we could work on! You can reply to me at my work email below.
